Have provided legal representation in over 500 hurricane lawsuits, including those arising from Hurricanes Rita, Humberto, and Ike. Third party practice includes defense of constitutional tort claims, automobile and tractor trailer accidents, construction site accidents, (including accidents involving cranes, scaffolding, and heavy equipment), premises liability claims, and product liability cases.
