Warranty Deed Transfer

I reached out to Mr. Monk's office almost a month ago for a warranty deed transfer. He was very responsive and professional in the consultation, but when I kept checking in for a status update I was told by his office they were working on the deed and it would be another week. 27 days after our first... consultation when I called for another status update I am told they need more information and it will take at least another week.

Professional, honest attorney

I met with Mr. Monk a few times. He was always straightforward and honest with me. In addition, he and his staff always responded quickly to any questions/concerns I had.

EXCELLENT LAWYER

Brandon Monk is an excellent lawyer my family has used for over ten years. We have used him for WILLS, probate, real estate dealings for my family as well as my parents and in-laws. Brandon went above and beyond to help with my parents will, by going to their home and having a notary with him becau...se they were not able to go to his office. Would and have recommended him every time I am asked.

Would highly recommend using Brandon Monk for your legal services.

We have used Brandon Monk as our lawyer on several occasions in the last ten years. From something as small as doing our will or a small civil suit against a contractor, to something as large as a wrongful death claim when our daughter passed away.
