David B. Bledsoe

We consulted with Mr. Bledsoe in February, he gave us sound advice on our situation with a Contract for Deed. He was very knowledgeable of the applicable law. We consulted with a few other attorneys who told us that we would not win what we were asking for in a court of law. They seemed uninterested ...in helping us at all by giving us reasons as to why we did not have a cause of action but never cited any governing law to back up their statements. This was the exact opposite of what Mr. Bledsoe was telling us, but he actually quoted the law on the matter. We decided to wait to hire him to see if our conflict could be resolved civilly between ourselves, the purchasers, and the seller. We thought we were making some progress, but there was a turn of events in May. At this point we knew we needed an attorney, not just any attorney, one who knew the applicable laws and who would fight for what was right and just. We called Mr. Bledsoe up and retained him. During this whole process, Mr. Bledsoe took a lot of time to keep us informed. He answered every email and returned every call in a timely manner. Thanks to him we won our case and justice was served. We can now rest easy knowing that the threat of loosing our home is behind us and monies that were unjustly taken from us were restored in full! I have worked with David Bledsoe for the past 2 years related to my mother’s contested guardianship. We had met once before mediation and I was impressed with his command of the facts of this complex matter. At the mediation he was calm and focused and extremely organized.
