Rudest man I have ever met. He claims to be a Christian man!!!! Biggest lie out there. Hides behind the Bible to attract his clients then does nothing for them. Promises you to help you and fight for you. LIAR!!! Just takes your money. Had a horrible experience with this man. He is rude, disho...nest and a lying hypocrite. Worst kind of person is one who pretends to be a Christian with Bible verses all over his office. Watch out for Karma Mr. Padgett.

I was able to bail out of jail b/c at the time I had a full time job. Now that the state has picked up my charges . I am in very bad health and have , had no choice but to file for disability. I am doing everything I can to pay for this lawyer . Whom may not even get these cases dismissed. I am truly... scared of what’s to come. My court date is less hen one month away. I have to pay this man when he tells me . He will not represent you, if you are unable to make one payment, on the day he had decided. He told me “ if I am unable to make the scheduled payment then we no longer have a relationship.” Do you know how scary it is to be 86lbs , dying from loss of blood , and heart problems. To be spend the money to get bailed out , then money to obtain him as a lawyer, to just be tossed aside due to unable to make a full payment. I am literally contemplating suicide, torn from all my pride. B/C I do not know how I will have the money financially to pay him. Also ... I need to go to the hospital to have a blood transfusion and every time I am admitted due to near death. I don’t even want to go to the hospital b/c I will be admitted, and miss my court date / payment date with this man. I’m honestly not sure if you should hire him or not . I am scared that since he knows I am unable to keep my payment plans with him that he will not do the best job on my case. I get the fact that he should be paid for his work as everyone should. I just wish I felt more at ease about the situation and solution. I’m a nervous wreck, and I really do not see what the point is of me being on this earth any longer. I wish I could work . Or he would at least allow me to oh him as I can not as he wants . All of this is due to my actions of putting myself in a situation that got be put in jail. Believe I’m not blaming the lawyer for that, I am however. Wanting to warn anyone who is unable to make monthly or routine payments to seek other counsel . Or he will drop you. Hope this helps someone...

I got into some trouble in college and James Padgett helped me. At first I thought his demeanor was rude but , I deserved it. After getting to know him he was really a blessing. I will not get into any other trouble this situation changed me into a better person. He was there from beginning to end an...d I still to this day Thank GOD for him and the letter he sent me when promoting his work ethic. Out of all people he helped me. Thank GOD for him again.

Got a flyer in the mail, called him up and made a appointment. He will listen and seem like he is all into your story. Promise he can work out a dismissal and take care of your case. Well, weeks and days leading into the case, there was no phone calls nor returned calls I made to him.He did not show ...up to my plea hearing either. He has no paralegals. I looked at the court docket on the courts website and he has the cases stacked up thick. No wonder he cant call me. Well when he got me a offer from the DA, it seemed I could have worked that out on my own. Takes your money and leaves you with regrets.
