James Mark Padgett

Mr.Padgett represented me in a case and when i tell you he represented me that’s exactly what he did. He’s a good guy outside and inside of work i never had any problems, issues, and or doubts in my mind about him. When he said i had nothing to worry about and its going to get taken care of he did ex...actly that. Im thankful and grateful he represented me when i called he answered all the time good lawyers like him is hard to come across. He means business he does and I'm thankful again that i had him in my corner!

We hired Attorney James M. Padgett at the last minute after searching for someone that could get the job done, and he proved just that. My case was dismissed and I’m very proud of my decision with hiring this attorney for my case. The communication was great and I never doubted him from the beginning.... If you’re looking for someone that’ll show you your money was well spent. This attorney is the guy for that job!

This lawyer sweet talks you and makes you think he is on your side. My husband went with him because he was cheap, which we were a little doubtful with at first. Due to his convincing and explaining why we should go with him, we chose him. This was a big mistake. In his sales pitch he stated "MY PHON...E IS BY MY SIDE 24/7, I WILL RESPOND TO EVERY MESSAGE AND CALL. IF I DON'T THAT MEANS I'M EITHER DEAD OR SOMETHING HAPPENED". Right when we hired him and paid him he started to change, he didn't answer phone calls or texts which he stated he would. No updates on the case. We were done paying him by the second court appearance, that's how cheap his service was. As a minority( African American male) James Padgett used stereotypical references such as "My Brotha" to connect with my husband, that's one of his strategies I believe to make us think he is on our side. My husband ended up firing him !

I got into some trouble in college and James Padgett helped me. At first I thought his demeanor was rude but , I deserved it. After getting to know him he was really a blessing. I will not get into any other trouble this situation changed me into a better person. He was there from beginning to end an...d I still to this day Thank GOD for him and the letter he sent me when promoting his work ethic. Out of all people he helped me. Thank GOD for him again.
