Charlton Prince Hornsby

I had went mr Hornsby for a car accident I got into in 2022 when I heard Mr. Hornsby had informed him that the insurance company offered me $30,000. I asked him can he give me more to help me pay with my therapy because it was a real bad accident on my leg I had surgery on it, Mr. Hornsby informed me... if they offer me 30,000 he told me he can give me more money that I need to get the medical attention that I need two weeks later mr Hornsby Said that he could not give me more that was the most they paid out for full coverage but liability on a hurt passenger on that state form insurance claim so I said Mr. Hornsby if you can do nothing for me, I don’t need you so I told him I wanted to fire him. He informed me that I could not fire him because I had signed legal documents, Mr. Hornby wanted their money back for the surgery. They did on me which was 17,000. He said I had to pay him 10,000 He stated that he was going to try to get a Lean holders reduce he never did. He said Medicaid wanted their full payout. I found out in 2025. The Medicaid was never paid their money. I contact Mr. Hornsby and asked him why he didn’t pay Medicaid. Where is my money Hornsby stated to me that he was going to get a check out to Medicaid sent me a FedEx package, I’ve been calling Mr. Hornsby what he did with my money Mr. Hornsby has not got in contact with me. Mr. Hornby was offered to me the offer before I hired Mr. Hornsby so I knew he couldn’t do anything for me. I would accept my offer they would’ve sent me a check straight to my house. I wouldn’t have to pay anybody no money, but just because he informed me that he help me I hired him. Mr. Hornsby is a fraud and I don’t recommend him to anyone. I went homeless because of it at the time I was fighting for my daughter. I was threatened by my family. I was going through so much I lost my home and everything I beg Mr. Hornby please I need my money, he didn’t care. He took all my money and he feels no sympathy about what he done seeking legal actions on Mr. Hornby for what he did to me now he’s practicing law firm and San Antonio, Texas shortly after Mr. Hornby had picked up his malpractice and he left Texas. I couldn’t contact him. I couldn’t find him. He quit responding to me , I found Mr. Hornby a few months ago 2025. He has now quit answering my phone calls. He quit answering my emails. Charlton was hired to represent my son, who was injured real bad back in 2017. He not only represented him as a lawyer but he was diligent in finding all the information needed so that the case would be based on facts.
