AFTER BEING TOLD THAT IT WAS TO SOON TO TAKE MY CASE BACK TO COURT TO MODIFY MY VISITATION ORDER BY A WELL KNOWN ATTORNEY IN FORT BEND COUNTY. I WASN'T GOING TO GIVE UP ...I HEARD ABOUT TJ ROBERTS . I THOUGHT AT BEST MAYBE 4 TO 6 WEEKS. . OH NO!! NOT WITH MR.TJ ROBERTS MORE LIKE 18 DAYS..MY LITTLE GIRLS MOTHER WAS SERVED A TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER AND MODIFY THE VISITATION. . I FELT PRETTY CONFIDENT BUT NERVOUS!! BUT I TRUSTED HIM ...THE DAY OF COURT MY LITTLE GIRLS MOTHER AND HER ATTORNEY TRIED TO GET THE WHOLE CASE DISMISSED. .THANKS TO TJ ROBERTS BECAUSE HE SPOKE UP FOR ME AND EXPLAINED WHY IT SHOULDN'T BE DISMISSED. .. AND THE JUDGE AGREED WITH OUR SIDE AND DENIED MY DAUGHTER'SMOTHERS REQUEST FOR DISMISSAL!!!I'M NOT GOING TO LIE I WAS CONFUSED AT FIRST. BUT MR ROBERTS TOLD ME "THAT WAS A GOOD THING,DON'T WORRY"!SO THEN THAT'S WHEN OUR ATTORNEY'S STARTED TALKING TRYING TO NEGOTIATE SO BOTH OF US CAN CO-PARENT OUR DAUGHTER AND DO WHAT'S BEST FOR HER ..AT THE END OF THE DAY..BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT IT SHOULD BE ABOUT ANYWAY!!! I AM SO THANKFUL AND GRATEFUL TO YOU TJ ROBERTS.. OUR FAMILY IS WHOLE AGAIN.. WHAT STILL AMAZES ME IS THAT TJ DID THIS ALL IN LESS THEN A MONTH!!! MY MOM AND STEPDAD FINALLY GET TO SEE THEIR ONLY GRANDCHILD THAT THEY HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO SEE IN 8MTHS THEY ARE SO THANKFUL TOO
