Melody Rae Poole

Melody was not our attorney. We had some questions that our attorney was not answering where he was giving us the run around “nothing we can do” or “this is the way it is with USCIS”. We went to Melody for help and she took our questions and used all tools available to her (other clients, colleagu...es, community, forum, etc.) and found the answers to our questions. To us, that was priceless. The other qualities we found in Melody were: 1) she listens 2) Ethical and 3) She is laser focus on her clients. Unfortunately, our attorney was laser focus on how fast he can deposit our checks and unwilling to call USCIS in our behalf. I truly wish we used Melody at the beginning of our arduous journey. We are posting this message for others to see and use Melody as their attorney from the beginning so they can have better experience than the one we had. I know going forward, we will call Melody!!! We highly recommend her!!!

When I first got married it hit me that we needed to get her permanent residence status. I was clueless and had to study and understand the process. Then I found Melody Poole. It went from frustrating and difficult to easy and understanding. Melody is one of the most organized and well knowledgeable ...lawyers I have come across. Any time I had a question, no matter how stupid I asked and she got an answer for me. If she did not know she finds out and will get back with you. The key to Melody is listen to her and do exactly what she says. Even if its as simple as putting the paper neatly and in order. She made a difficult situation very understanding and easy. She teaches you how to play the game the right way and without any problems. If there is a problem she will find a way to fix it and continue on. Once again listen to what the women says she is extremely intelligent and very well organized. I would hire her any day.
