If I could give 0 stars, I would. My son, mother, and I all went to his un-airconditioned, mess, of an office. When I say mess, I mean it. There were other defendant's cases everywhere, papers all over the floor, just a f****** mess. No air conditioning. Totally embarrassing. I wish someone, who knew... what they were doing, and didn't work for the DA would contact me. 409 211 1061 I have a legitimate case. 21 CR 3939. Assault on a police officer while intoxicated in a hospital. Watch patrol vehicle footage, as well. Thank you.

im sure mark was a good attorney 10 years ago, now he is just arrogant and really believes himself to be a "super attorney." He will not listen to his clients, what he thinks is best is the direction he will be going with zero regard to his clients wants or needs. God forbid you ever question his jud...gment

I spent 4 months in county, before I bonded out. He refused to file bond reduction paperwork that I requested to be done within 3 weeks of me being incarcerated. The paperwork was never filed. He came to see me 2 times in 4 months, and then was confusing my case with other cases he was involved in. ...All the way up to the time I signed my judgement he was giving me wrong information about what the D.A was offering

After a separation from my first public defender which handled my case for 9 months and ran it into the dirt. I was appointed this lawyer. All I can say is thank God! What I had tried to explain to my first P.D. in a time of over a period of 8 or more months he grasped in one 2hour and 40 minute mee...ting. Just the fact that he took 2hours and 40 minutes out of his time on a Saturday to speak to me and to investigate the facts involved in my very complicated case was enough to let me know he was serious about my case and that the truth come to the surface. No one to this point, not even my original P.D., cared about. After that he did what I tried to get my original P.D. to do. Do not worry about the case ahead of us because it should not even make it to a trial once the D.A.'s sees what a injustice was being perpetrated on to the courts and our legal system. I can only pray that our courts fill up with lawyers that have the moral convictions and the need to see justice carried to the highest standards of our legal system in Gods speed as Mr. Stevens has showed me. If you know you are being railroaded, or the facts of your case are being ignored and substituted with either lies or because you are told that you will not be able to bring them out in court due to your lawyer just can not see a connection to the charges, or any other reason, 1. stick to your guns, 2. make sure you do not lie no matter what anyone tells you including your lawyer, 3.bring all your evidence and make an appointment with Mr. Stevens. Let him decide how to get the facts heard. He has a canny way about himself to connect the dots. Thank God
