I do not even want to use the word judge to describe him because this clown is not worthy of that title. He is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. When you look up the word INCOMPETENT, you will find his name. It is extremely difficult for me to believe the good people of Galveston County elected this IDIOT to ...the bench.

Judge Baker must be stopped. He is a horrible human being and an even worse judge. He ALLOWS custodial parents to alienate children from the other parent and ignores enforcement actions brought on to said parent when they’re in contempt. He’s aggressive for no good cause shown, irresponsible, unprofe...ssional and seemingly ignorant. If you’re ever unfortunate enough to have your case heard in the 306th and Judge Foley can’t hear your case, just know, being a good parent and doing all the right things, will only hinder you in the eyes of this monster. When I figure out a way to complain enough for him to be forced to resign, I will. You are a disgrace and do not deserve the title, Stephen Baker. I hope you are met with the misfortune you’ve caused countless, innocent people who just want to be an active parent in the life of their child/ren. And the anguish these children will suffer when the manipulation wears off, INCLUDING the years of therapy these children, let down by your own hands, will need to survive the childhood you have ruined for them. You are disgusting.
