Very gung ho when you first meet him. Assesses the situation and gives good information about it. At this point, you think there's a plan, so you pay him for the help... and then not much happens. He's only interested in doing what he wants to do and not what he pointed out should be done. Takes week...s of prodding emails, texts, phone calls, and chasing him down to get any kind of reply. You will put in 5x more effort than what you get back. When you do get a reply of some kind, it's like you've not really spoken. He's forgotten important things that you've already talked about and also forgets to mention important things you should've talked about - like deadlines. He's super busy and having to reply to you is very taxing apparently.

This lawyer does not return phone calls, spends months not getting the most basic information required, have to go to his office to ultimately find him, sends you off to get hard to get records he then does not even use, dies not remember extremely important facts in your case. I actually tried to fi...re him and get a different lawyer and he talked me out of it promising everything was going as planned, I was ultimately left hanging on my own once it was too late to get another lawyer, he caused irreparable harm to my case , strongly advise you find another lawyer
