I hired him for my custody case, he showed absolutely no interest in my case after he was paid. Not only did I lose my kids but it was like pulling teeth to try and get a hold of him. I left 3+ messages before I would ever hear back. Most of the time he wouldn't even call me back it was always someo...ne else from his office. He acted like our case was a slam dunk. At the time of my case I was dating a man that my ex didn't approve of and the court said I shouldn't see him anymore. When I asked Matt if that would have any affect on my case he said no that the court cannot tell me who I can have a relationship. He should have told me, "yes if you continue to be with this man you will lose custody." What makes it worse is my ex's lawyers cost 2k cheaper than my "high priced" lawyer.
