Matthew Walter Mahoney

I hired Mr. Mahoney to represent me in a custody case. I was referred to him by a mutual friend and family member. I didn't expect special treatment at all, but absolutely never expected to simply be ignored like an afterthought. I did all of the heavy lifting. I sent countless messages to him and hi...s office with urgent information that went ignored. At my hearing, an attorney I had never even talked to before showed up and played games on his phone before trial. He was good in trial, but he wasn't up against much. He didn't have all of the facts accurate either. We should have had a conversation before trial, this was a big red flag. I would have been better off pro se. Take my advice and look elsewhere, I learned the hard way.
