Interview Assistance

Zara was really helpful in getting us ready for the change of status interview. She helped get our documents in order and to understand the interview process exactly. She also was flexible in scheduling the interview times. It was definitely helpful to have her come to the interview with us and she e...nsured we submitted all the related documentation. It also helps to have a tech-savvy lawyer as it definitely speeds up all the digital communication. Certainly, give her practice a shot especially if you have had a bad experience with any other lawyers, I am sure you will have a better experience this time.

Super Lawyer

I would like to offer a candid assessment of Mrs. Zara Ali’s legal immigration services. We were extremely lucky to have Zara represent my wife at her citizenship interview. Prior to the interview Zara spent significant time with my wife and I to prepare us for the interview. She took the time t...o answer ALL of our questions. Our previous lawyer rushed the application process and forgot to submit all the necessary documents. As a result, my wife was asked some tough questions by the officer, but Zara was able to keep my wife calm and collected. Zara’s knowledge and understanding of immigration law is second to none. She is professional, thorough, and extremely personable. Without her guidance and expertise, I don’t think my wife would be where she is today. If you’re looking for knowledgeable immigration attorney, that will take the time to properly handle your immigration case, I would highly recommend Zara Ali.

Poor communication skills

This is my honest take on this lawyer without delving into personal details: Zara Ali did a poor job handling my case. In my opinion, she has very poor communication and recall skills that are crucial to be an effective and successful lawyer. Not only did she take several days to respond to all my ca...lls and emails, she failed to respond at all to some calls, emails, and texts (and this is after I put down my retainer fee). It was hard to get straight forward information about my case form her, and she showed minimal effort in preparing me for my case. I would really advise this lawyer to step up to the high standards expected of lawyers since such service is not only lackluster, it is unethical to paying and trusting customer who had really high hopes for a lawyer of this caliber.

I appreciate your feedback. At the beginning of each case, It is my policy to explain to each client, that whilst they can and should reach me directly by email, text or phone, it is hard for me to respond immediately if I am in a meeting or in court. Unlike some other firms, I attempt to personally receive my client's calls and emails. I strive to give each client the attention and time they deserve. I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with my firm's services. I would encourage you to connect with me personally, as I am unable to determine your case and cannot address your situation on this forum. Thank you.
