Highly recommend!!

My sister had reached out to a few attorneys before she decided to file for divorce but did not get a good response back, they were only willing to talk if she already had made the decision to file for divorce and were only going to talk for a fee. After contacting Zara for my sister's divorce case, ...she got right back to me. I was pleasantly surprised she reached out personally to set up a meeting. She listened to her story, understood where she was coming from and outlined her options based on her background. I live out of state, so she did conference call meetings with me to keep me in the loop and walked me through the process from start to finish and made me feel like my sister was not alone in Texas, and that she would be there for her at every step. After so many difficult moments, particularly concerning my sister’s safety and happiness, Zara counseled us and gave us options for “her best interest”, and got what we wanted. She was invaluable in navigating through the complexity of immigration and family laws across different state lines. Zara is personable, approachable and maintains a good relationship with her clients. She has a strong professional network with other attorneys in the trade, which is a plus dealing with complex cases. She is steadfast, a passionate advocate and a shark when confronting unreasonable, vindictive people. She is no push over or one who would charge you more for dealing with a complicated situation. When the other side tried using coercive tactics, She pushed back and let them know that such actions would mean additional consequences. She went out of her way to check on my sister and make sure that she was alright. She has been a dedicated counsel and a friend. There were times when we asked and asked again the same questions, played over different scenarios with her and would take over some of her personal time, but Zara constantly assured us that it’s okay, and she’s always available. She would not unreasonably bill us or claim to achieve the impossible, she would not force us into making decisions to pursue a case for her own financial benefit. Her communication skills and style are very direct and simple language which makes it easy and efficient to understand the laws and all the pros and cons. She would consider my sister as a friend and would counsel all of us and answer everyones concerns, so she could make the right decision. I would highly recommend attorney Zara Ali.

Great attorney!

Zara was helping me with my k1 fiancée visa, from day one she was clear on what we needed to do and what we needed to get prepared for the future. During the course of the petition she was always there to answer questions or tackle any problems that showed along the way. Would definitely recommend he...r, actually I'm hiring her again to do the change of status for my fiancée since she's with me here now.

Excellent Service

Zara ia detail and customer oriented. She helped us filing GC for my husband and handled the case very diligently. He didn't have to go back to India. She's always prompt in answering calls and responding back to emails as well, even when on vacation. Client satisfaction is her utmost priority. High...ly appreciate her help on the case. Would definitely recommend to anyone in my circle.

My wife’s i-130 and Visa granted

Attorney Zara, filed my wife’s i-130, and was able to secure her interview in Lagos-Nigeria, and Visa was granted to join me in the US in less than 12months. The moment I contacted her office, she returned my call without delay, and we fixed date for free consultation. When I presented my docume...nts to her, she quickly figured out things that my previous attorney could not, and that gave us a breakthrough. Attorney Zara is organized, detailed, above all, she has a wide cultural understanding and practices of other countries, and the possible requirements at the American Embassy there. This knowledge also gave us breakthrough. Attorney Zara took my case as if it was hers, she is emphatic, respectful and professional. She return calls and emails without delay. She really knows what she is doing.
