I am an experience family law attorney recognized and respected through the Houston area legal community for dedication in effectively representing clients’ rights and interest. I understand the emotional side of family litigation and bring a special compassion to each and every case. As a former managing attorney with the attorney general's office, I understand the child support program and can help to resolve administrative issues with the attorney general's office. As a mediator and collaborative law lawyer, I believe that out of court settlement is the best way to resolve family issues. I offers clients knowledge and competent legal advice with the following family law goals.
1. Educate the client about the law and court procedures
2. Explore options and create solutions
3. Encourage settlements through competent negotiations and mediation
4. Maintain reasonable fees and control litigation costs
5. Exhausts all reasonable alternative, but when all else fails, to fight aggressively when necessary to protect the clients’ rights.
