I earned my J.D. from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas in 1992. I started practicing with Alvin M. Rosenthal, one of the great lawyers in Houston's history. After several years of practicing together, Alvin retired and I grew the firm from a two lawyer shop to about a twenty person shop.

I have represented businesses ranging in size from one person start-up ventures to multi-national corporations employing hundreds of people in multiple countries. From 2005 through 2009, I was in-house counsel and chief operating officer of a multi-national corporation in the steel products industry. That in-house position really taught me how businesses work and what they actually need from their lawyers - both in-house and outside counsel.

In 2009, I started the The Weisblatt Law Firm, L.L.C. with the goal of creating a special law firm which could cater to a few clients and provide them the best in legal AND customer service. I am very proud that the very first customer who hired me in 1992 was also the first customer of The Weisblatt Law Firm, L.L.C. continuing a many decades long relationship.

I'm an avid bicycle rider, as well as a motorcycle buff, and have traveled to more than 30 countries. I live with my dog Sunshine who thinks I am the very best lawyer in the world.

Great Service -

Andrew Weisblatt and his firm did a fantastic job representing and assisting me in a litigation case with a dispute with a former employer. Excellent job

If you are needing help with any real estate issues, please don't hesitate to let these guys help you. I had an issue I thought would take for ever and be difficult. One phone call and Andrew Weisblatt returned my called in minutes. He gave me a price and sent papers over for signing. The price was good and after that things happened very quickly. Knowledgeable and quick response

Mr Weisblatt has provided legal support to us for several years on setting up my LLC, resolving home builder claims, and a lawsuit filed against me that I had no knowledge of any claim, plaintiff or defendants in the lawsuit. His advice and guidance was clear, concise and prompt, and helped keep me out of potentially long, drawn-out legal issues. His fees are fair and reasonable. I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I do, I will definitely use him again.

Highly recommend

I consulted with Andrew regarding a partnership dissolution matter. Within the first 5 minutes of our initial call, I knew hiring his firm would be a wise decision. He immediately understood the nuances of my situation and assigned the perfect associate to help me resolve it. My goal was to avoid litigation and de-escalate the situation. That's exactly what Andrew and his team helped me do. But I have to admit that it was reassuring to know they were in my corner if the situation had escalated. Asked questions got answers

Called another lawyer, 2500 retainer, Andrew answered all my questions in 15 minutes, and made sure he answered all my questions. Didnt feel rushed or over charged. If I had more realistate issues I would definitely have Andrew as my Attorney.

Excellent Service!

My husband and I needed to review our first time lease commercial contract. We had no recommendations from any one so we had to google. I had two expensive quotes from other attorneys so I was looking for the last quote to fit our budget. I found Weisblatt Law Firm. When I went to their website a live chat opened up and I started to talk to them. They asked me what location I was looking services for. Once I provided the information I got an email from Mr. Andrew greeting me and offering his service. I was on a tight turnaround and he said he could get it done within the time frame I needed. Not only that but his services were under the price I got for the other 2 quotes. It was so perfect to be true I thought it was a SCAM! I called his offices and questioned his staff to ask if Mr. Andrew was a real attorney with a real office because I could not believe it, I also googled his office to ensure he truly had physical office! It turns out HE WAS A LEGITIMATE ATTORNEY WITH A REAL OFFICE  The services were exactly what we were looking for, his legal expertise and experience in the commercial real estate helped us understand our first term commercial lease. He was thorough in his explanations, pointed all of the risk potentials and answered all of the questions I had. He delivered everything on the same dates he said he would. His staff are also fantastic they are professional and very friendly. All I can say he has earn our trust and I would recommend his law firm in a heartbeat!!! Ethical and Professional Lawyer

I contacted Mr.Weisblatt concerning a real estate breach of contract. I am the seller and The buyer backed out of the deal. I reached out to Mr Weisblatt about my property and situation. Mr.Weisblatt provided a free consultation and explained how the process works/what resources I have in the State of Texas. He honestly told me that it was not cost efficient to hire him, given my situation and Texas Laws. I appreciate his professionalism and ethics.

Excellent Lawyer for Houston Toll Road Litigation charges

This fall I was in need of an attorney to litigate a disagreement with the Houston Toll Road Authority. If you aren’t aware, it is very difficult to find an attorney in Houston to defend against these charges. Andrew Weisblatt was an excellent choice. An extremely intelligent man, he researched even more to find what needed to be done, and was successful in reducing my costs by almost 75%. I would not hesitate to Hire Attorney Weisblatt again. He and his staff are first rate.
