I was hoping Ms. Jain would be able to help me however she was not interested and I felt disrespected and rushed. I guess smaller cases don't matter to her, and neither does helping the little guy. Overall disappointing experience. It felt she was taking the side of the employer, which was extra insu...lting and seemed hypocritical for an employment lawyer. Go figure.

I worked with Renuka when I was a Captain with the Harris County Sheriff's Office and she was with the County Attorney's Office. She was one of the best, most thorough attorneys I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is thorough and detailed, but the thing that struck me most about her was... her trial skills. She was masterful! While other attorneys, seizing upon a weakness, would beat a witness to death on the stand with harsh and unreasonable questions, Renuka preferred to ask skillful, well-crafted questions that allowed the jurors to reach that "Ah ha!" moment on their own. I remember well watching the members of a jury when Renuka exposed a witness as a fraud - very professionally, very skillfully, she quietly questioned, poked and prodded until she left the witness looking like a complete idiot. She's the best. Harris County lost a great lawyer when she left to go into private practice.
