I was very disappointed with my experience dealing with the firm’s first point of contact, Jacqueline. She came across as disrespectful and unhelpful. Her tone was accusatory, and she failed to follow up as promised. After waiting for a response, I had to call back myself, only to be told the firm wo...uld not be taking our case and that we should look elsewhere for representation. I question if the case was ever actually reviewed, which was frustrating given the time and effort we put into reaching out. With so many positive reviews about this firm’s professionalism and expertise, I expected a much better initial experience. Unfortunately, the intake process left a very poor impression and raised serious concerns about how potential clients are treated.
