My son was arrested for charges at a tender age of 17. As a mother the horror I felt of what will happen to my son's future kept me up night after night. The police scared myy son and made him nervous into confessing for something that was clearly someone else to blame. The other person in the car... was let free eventhough everything pointed at them. Thirteen months ago my son was arrested on a serious felony charge. Unfortunately for him, he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. He was innocent of the charges, but now we had to prove it. My son asked him if it made a differnce in how he would represent him, being court appointed rather than a 'paying client'. Jeremy assured him he would fight just as hard for him court appointed or not. He proved that to be true over and over thoughout the 13 months. As a mother, I worried and fretted over my sons future and what was to come. I phoned, text, and emailed him frequently and he always responded with compassion and understanding and always went above and beyond. The first time I saw him in the courtroom, interacting with the prosecutor and her team, I was impressed. He was confident, tough, and ready to fight to the bitter end. It was obvious he was well respected by his peers and I knew then my son was in good hands. It was a long year and I was right.......my son was in good hands.....his charges were dismissed.
