Probate a Will

I was referred to Mr. Frank, in order to help get my father's will probated. We retained his services, and my mother and I were so grateful for Mr. Frank and his staff. They were so personable, kindness and empathetic to the situation. They did an excellent job of keeping us informed of our case. ... They were very patient and took the time to explain things to us. Moving forward, I plan to use Mr. Franks for any legal matters we may have.

Parent-Child Relationship

Mr. Franks did an excellent job with helping me handle my case regarding to modify parent-child relationship. I am very pleased with the outcome, he always explained and went into detail so I would understand anything I was not sure about. Mr. Franks was always available if I needed to contact him if... I had any questions. Hiring him as my lawyer was the best decision, I highly recommend Mr. Franks!

Child Support modification

Mr. Franks and staff have done a great job helping me achieve what was needed to modified my child support. I would recommend him. I appreciate the staff with the help and concern that has been given. All of you have made a difference in my life and my son. God Bless!

Child Support Chnage

My oldest turned 18 and I needed to have my child support modified and after looking at the requirements I realized it was well beyond my legal skills. Robert and his team got everything done quickly and properly with some good advice along the way. Thanks again Robert!

Divorce and Last Will and Testament

Robert did a fantastic job representing me during my divorce. He has a calming demeanor, that helped during this emotional event. He is detailed oriented and I felt going into my mediation that we were the best prepared and it showed during the negotiation. I also asked Robert to prepare a will fo...r me after my divorce was complete and final. He and his team prepared the will and walked me through the process needed. I would fully recommend Robert for your family, probate and or real estate needs.
