Robert was phenomenal in all aspects of my contract litigation endeavor. In our initial meeting Robert was able to present a clear course of action with goals and objectives he was going to try to meet. Robert and his office were very diligent and professional and always responded quickly to questio...ns or issues that arose. Furthermore, Robert consistently kept me apprised with his plan of attack and reasons for implementing his strategies prior to filing any motions or correspondence with the court or opposing counsel. We recently had issues with a contractor who had done some remodeling. We hired Robert Franks to consult us on the best approach to resolve the case. Robert helped step-by-step through the whole process from the options we had, to filing the suit, taking us to meditation, and finally a trial. We trie...d to resolve the civil case at mediation and Robert was calm and professional through the whole process. When we ultimately proceeded to trial, Robert was prepared and prepared us for the trial. He calmed any concerns by prepping us for all the possibilities and his professional recommendation about how the case would resolve. Robert was capable of handling each issue which arose in our case and ultimately we won a judgement against the contractor. Robert was an excellent choice for our case. Robert represented me in divorce proceedings that were recently finalized.
