Robert Daniel Franks

After searching and initially speaking with different lawyers who did not give me hopes that my case would be easy to beat, I was recommended Mr. Franks through a good friend of mine. She also had a difficult case that was won by Mr. Franks so I made the decision to contact his office after almost gi...ving up. From the beginning i was treated with nothing but respect and honesty. He told me what things would be difficult in my case and what we could do to help the situation. Not only did Mr. Franks help make me feel at ease but he explained just how the process would take place and how long it would take to beat. He even gave me tips on what to do and not to do while the case was open, which no other lawyer that I had seen before him had done. He and his staff were all very professional and kept me updated on everything that took place. He made sure the process was up to speed and by the time i knew it, my case was over. I was very pleased with how things were handled. Other friends who started their cases with other lawyers before me were very surprised that my case was finalized before theirs! My case went extremely well even though the other "party" was not being very cooperative. I thank both Mr. Franks and his staff for all the help and for always being so caring about my children and I. I definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a family lawyer. Mr Franks handled my divorce case with kids. When I realized divorce was going to be unavoidable, I worried that I would get a back-seat roll as a parent. I wanted to be as involved as a dad as I could have been married. I sat down with Robert and he helped me chart a path to achieve this goal. We succeeded. I have not met a dad with an arr...angement I would prefer over my own. Achieving this was not easy and as you can imagine it was, and still is, highly contested. I have relied on Robert for guidance since the entering of the divorce some time ago. It is so valuable to me that I know he is always in my corner ready to guide me when I need. Most recently Robert defended my role as a father against a petition to modify suite brought by my ex. The process was intimidating and stressful for me. Throughout the process leading up to and during trial, Robert remained calm, diligent, and professional. At trial it was clear to me he was more prepared, smarter, and simply a better attorney. Opposing counsel was a seasoned attorney with an intimidating record. This is a situation where more than one person told me, “oh that’s her attorney, you are going to lose, they’re the best” or “you should hire Y, they beat them before”. I trusted Robert and I am glad I did. My agreement is still intact. These results were not without a significant financial cost. However, Robert was successful at managing the case in a cost-effective way. He was always clear with me about the financial component. After the trial I was particularly impressed because not only did we win, my bill was almost half that of my ex. Please do not read this wrong, Robert is not cheap. My bill was less because he is an amazing attorney who can do more with less. Every dime you spend is a dime well spent. Overall, Robert is an honest and trustworthy professional. He takes time to get to know you and fully invests himself into your case. He works smart and hard and it shows in the results. I will always be among Robert’s biggest fans. I could not have asked for more.

Mr. Franks handled my case with the utmost attention and professionalism. Nothing ever seemed to bother him, no matter the time or day. Mr. Franks clearly put thought in his decision making throughout the case, and as issues arose he would handle them in a timely manner. Mr. Franks was always prepare...d for Court/Mediation and any issues that came about. His office staff was very helpful also. They always answered questions I had over the phone or through email in a timely manner. I now have joint custody of my two boys, and we get to spend our time together a week at a time, every other week. I am very grateful to have as much father/son time together with my boys, and for that I am thankful for the services of Mr. Franks.
