understanding of clients and their families
During the time I was a main care giver for my 86 year old mother, Elizabeth and her firm were compassionate and attentive to our emotional needs. Our family received the legal guidance we needed during this time. I was educated on the processes that would have brought financial relief for my mothers...

Worst day of my life
I called Elizabeth Hilbun on a Saturday in total shock. I just received word from my brother that my daddy was being rushed to an emergency room with chest pains. Elizabeth said Im coming to get you and taking you to the hospital. You do not need to drive alone. We arrived at the hospital to find my ...
"I met Elizabeth back in the 80's when she was a law clerk and I was a young lawyer. We worked together for several years and accomplished a whole lot back then. We both have great memories of the work we did for our clients and for our bar associations. In the years since, I have seen her tackle her practice and getting justice for her clients with the same energy and dedication she had all those years ago. Her passion for public service cannot be matched and her values and ethics make her a great fit for someone needing legal help. She received a national Difference Makers Award back in 2018 from the American Bar Association Solo Small Firm and General Practice Section for the work she does on behalf of her non-profit, The Legacy Center. She has a big heart but also knows how to successfully run a business. I would highly recommend Ms. Hilbun for any work she desires. Any client is lucky to have her as their lawyer."
"Elizabeth Hilbun is a smart attorney who cares about the community and her clients. We have worked together on several cases over the years and I have learned a lot from her."
"I have known Elizabeth for many years and have worked with her directly on several matters involving estate planning and probate. Her abilities as an attorney are shown through her board certification by the State Bar of Texas. Elizabeth has always held herself to a high ethical standard, displaying both professional and personal attention to each of her clients. She is the most knowledgeable attorney I know when it comes to probate and estate matters and she is my number one go-to attorney anytime I have an issue in wills, probate or estate planning. I would highly recommend her for anyone in need of a probate or estate planning attorney."
