Excellent and Professional Service

Tamisha is very thorough, responds quickly and is on top of everything to make sure issues are resolved sooner than later. She is also very knowledgeable in many areas of the law. I would definitely continue to use her for both personal and business matters.

Professional, Great, Kind Person!

Mrs. Delvaille, is A Very Professional, Well Knowledge of her field! She is Kind and Help in ALL aspects making process going smoothly! Since Day One When I called for a consultation she made me feel Comfortable, answered all my questions without feeling Rushed. I asked and she answered All my... questions even After I hired her to help me with my Divorce. She will reply to my questions,throughout the whole.process. She is a Great, High Quality lawyer and Person! She made all Process Smooth as possible and Walked me through step by step! DEFINITELY I recommend Mrs. Delvaille!

Horrible Experience

I hired her based on the positive reviews. She speaks well and presents general knowledge well. She was not competent with family law relating to divorce. She didnt make an effort to look up the rules or laws. I looked them up and emailed them to her to respond. She lack confidence to stand up to op...posing counsel. She wouldn't send a response. She appeared to be easily intimidated. She never contacted or responded to opposing counsel. After rescheduling my hearing, she failed to show up for the rescheduled hearing. She left the country and went on vacation. I lost my hearing due to no representation. She had the nerve to be defensive with an attitude and be rude. Seriously?? I wasn't aware she was a court appointed lawyer, those clients seem to be priority. I will never hire or recommend her. She truly failed me as a client. After she failed to appear for my hearing she told me to sue my husband in small claims court. Then she requested for this review to be removed.

Your divorce had significant challenges we discussed from the beginning. There were several attorneys who represented you prior who tried and failed to obtain your desired case outcome, and many whom you consulted that declined to take your case. I wanted to try, and although we were able to successfully accomplish some of your goals, we were not able to satisfactorily address them all. For that I am sincerely sorry, as my goal is total customer satisfaction in every case. As attorneys, we strive to make our client's current situation better, but divorce is a nasty business, and the desired outcome is not always obtainable. I am truly sorry fully accomplishing all of your goals did not happen for you here, but I wish you the very best, and hope that wherever you go next, you obtain the legal satisfaction you seek.
