Contract Advice

I called to get an appointment but her return call resulted in a conversation regarding a real estate contract I had entered into. She listened to me and asked me to email her any pertinent documents. She called me first thing the next morning and with patience and insight, advised me as to what ste...ps had the best chance of getting a positive result for me. Both conversations were extensive and not once did $ come up.

Horrible Experience

I hired her based on the positive reviews. She speaks well and presents general knowledge well. She was not competent with family law relating to divorce. She didnt make an effort to look up the rules or laws. I looked them up and emailed them to her to respond. She lack confidence to stand up to op...posing counsel. She wouldn't send a response. She appeared to be easily intimidated. She never contacted or responded to opposing counsel. After rescheduling my hearing, she failed to show up for the rescheduled hearing. She left the country and went on vacation. I lost my hearing due to no representation. She had the nerve to be defensive with an attitude and be rude. Seriously?? I wasn't aware she was a court appointed lawyer, those clients seem to be priority. I will never hire or recommend her. She truly failed me as a client. After she failed to appear for my hearing she told me to sue my husband in small claims court. Then she requested for this review to be removed.

Your divorce had significant challenges we discussed from the beginning. There were several attorneys who represented you prior who tried and failed to obtain your desired case outcome, and many whom you consulted that declined to take your case. I wanted to try, and although we were able to successfully accomplish some of your goals, we were not able to satisfactorily address them all. For that I am sincerely sorry, as my goal is total customer satisfaction in every case. As attorneys, we strive to make our client's current situation better, but divorce is a nasty business, and the desired outcome is not always obtainable. I am truly sorry fully accomplishing all of your goals did not happen for you here, but I wish you the very best, and hope that wherever you go next, you obtain the legal satisfaction you seek.
