The most diligent lawyer anyone in my family has ever seen

I was falsely accused of family violence by my ex, and consequently jailed in July 2016. After getting out of jail, I immediately had a friend retrieve my belongings, and went back to live with my parents, as my ex continued to live in our home. My first legal battle with my ex was the criminal ca...se resulting from her false allegation. I fought, and beat, my criminal case using a different, and also competent, attorney. The criminal case was dismissed in July 2017 - a full year after the false allegation by my ex. Then I hired Tamisha for the divorce in September of 2017. This marked the beginning of my second legal battle with my ex. Through the whole divorce battle, my ex came with lie upon lie about how she had been paying the bills at our house. Tamisha came with the receipts showing that my ex was freeloading while I was paying for everything ever since my arrest. Due to her diligence, my ex was left speechless in the proceedings. My divorce was finalized in March of 2018. It could have dragged out MUCH longer, but Tamisha's compilation of my receipts made my ex's case fall apart, as her lawyers pressured her to stop fighting. Also during this time, Tamisha advised me to petition to have my arrest record expunged. Again, I hired Tamisha for this task, and my arrest record was successfilly expunged in August 2018. After the divorce, my ex refused to leave the house that was in both our names, while also refusing to pay the mortgage. I, of course, continued to pay the mortgage - since I didn't want my credit rating to fall apart. Consequently, I had to fight a third legal battle to get my ex evicted so I could sell that house. Again, Tamisha helped me with this. This was a another legal nightmare, but with Tamisha's help, it was done by November of 2018. Had it not been for Tamisha's expertise and diligence, I'd probably still be running around in the courts now. No one in my family has ever seen or heard of an attorney who is as committed to helping her clients as Tamisha. If you hire anyone else for your case, you are not hiring the best attorney for the job.

The Best

My sister who lives in Dallas found Tamisha Delvaille for me. When I was at my all time low and I'm so glad she did. Tamisha was extremely helpful, professional and informative all the way till the end. I believe if we had met under different circumstances we would be good friends. I'm so blessed to... have had her handling my divorce and I am satisfied with the outcome.

Gets the job done

Tamisha is an excellent lawyer!! She has an Ivy League education and it shows. Very professional and personable. Upon my consultation I knew she was the lawyer for me. I had a very grueling divorce to get through and she was very helpful in many ways. Choose Delvaille... she gets the job done!!!
