Perfect for Non-Profit Need

Our non-profit was in need of legal review of key policies, procedures, liability waivers, and an employee handbook. When searching Avvo for attorneys in the Houston area, it was an easy choice to select David Minces because his bio is clear that he has experience as an editor while pursuing his adv...anced degrees, in addition to his many years of recognition for excellence in his field. We had to have an attorney who knew case law well enough to ensure our documents would be appropriate for the work we do, and he was a tremendous resource in making adjustments based on legal precedents and his knowledge of problem areas. Another plus is the professional staff; we were able to meet with David in a timely manner, and follow up questions and meetings were able to occur efficiently and effectively to drive our project to closure quickly. I think most people can agree that reviewing many pages of policies and procedures requires self-discipline and attention to detail. We are extremely pleased at the thorough review and upgrades provided by David Minces.

Outstanding Lawyer

Mr. Minces defended me in an extremely complicated multi-million dollar contract lawsuit very effectively. He quickly grasped the issues. He was extraordinary at deposition and testimony prep. He dug into the details in depth and aggressively defended our position and destroyed the other side's po...sitions. He was instrumental in settlement negotiations which were exceptionally beneficial to our side. I highly recommend him.
