Mr. Miller is the best lawyer you could ever ask for not only is he kind and courteous he is extremely knowledgeable in handling DWI cases. I was charged with a DWI and from our very first meeting Mr. Miller was able to put my mind at ease, and was with me every step of the way. If I ever had a quest...ion(and believe me I had a tons) or concerns he was just a phone call or text message away. My case did go to trial but due to Mr. Miller's extensive knowledge in field sobriety testing, the blood draw process, and the officers questioning process my case was dismissed in the middle of my trial. I can honestly say I don't think I would have had the same out come if I went with anyone else his experience in working on both sides (he was a prosecutor before he became a defense attorney) really came in handy. Mr. Miller is now helping me with the expunction process. I will be forever thankful to Mr. Miller for all his help, support, and for always going that extra mile.
