Very knowledgeable

"I emphatically endorse this lawyer. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kyle and I have been so impressed with his legal knowledge."

Posted by Ana Hepler | August 12, 2022 | Hired Attorney | Landlord & Tenant

Took the money, ignored my questions during the case and after case was closed he said I needed to pay him hourly to get answers

This firm was recommended to me by other landlords. Kyle filed an NTV & eviction case, we received default judgement. Overall the attorney was reluctant to answer several of very important questions about my case during the case & after. I was told he would answer my questions about my case only if I... pay him more. Why not answer client's questions that client already paid for? He ignored my important questions during the case, and after the case was done, he did not need the client any more. After NTV was served, I asked the office whether eviction was necessary after my tenant vacated the property. Tenant left some belongings behind and switched unilities off. I forewarded all pictures of their stuff to the attorney and naturally wanted to know if those belongings warrantied an eviction case. I did not get an answer. I asked what belongings would make us presume my tenant did not vacate the premises? No answer. I was advised by Kyle an eviction needed to be filed, yet my questions did not just vanish. I had to call the attorney's office to ask when the court date was set. I was told they did not want me in court. But I naturally wanted to see how the judge and the attorney work and ask my questions about the case. What happens when tenant moves out, we knowingly file an eviction after that, and they come to the hearing testifying they already moved out? No answers. Was this eviction even needed? I informed Kyle my contractor was working at the property in line with the lease agreement. My tenant was aware of it. I was told by Kyle my contractor should not be there! I inquired as to why. We weren't violating the law and are acting with accordance to the lease agreement. Silence. I did not get an answer. I did not see Kyle in the courtroom. He did not sign in, so I did not know where my attorney was during the duration of the hearing. I went through the courtroom asking other attorneys if they had my case. No one did. Everyone one surprised. It did not feel good at all. No one told me a third party they contract these cases out had my case. We received a default judgement. Without an attorney there I had no opportunity to get my questions answered again The 3rd party did not know the detailes of my case. I tried to ask my questions via email after the hearing, but Kyle told me now that the case is closed, I would have to pay him more to get those answers. Why in the world? Why not answer important questions during the case or before eviction was filed? Why not call the client back when promised? Why were my inquiries avoided and brushed off even though Kyle claims in writing it was a pleasure to work with me? What a lie! Was it a pleasure charging me, but to give me runarounds and silent treatment? That kind of client service is not pleasant at all. I don't hire attorneys just to file cases. I need to understand how the process works. I still don't know why eviction was needed after my tenant was gone. Why my workers were not allowed to make necessary repaies at the house per lease agreement? What constitutes property abandonment in this case? Were the belongings abandoned at the premises sufficient ground to assume I was already not in possession of the property? What belongings would make a landlord reasonably assume the tenant did not vacate the premises and filing eviction suit in necessary? I did not receive answers to these questions and I do not feel comfortable about the attorney's run arounds trying to steer me away from clear answers.

Total waste of my time and we lost the hearing!

Nothing at all !Total waste of my money! No representation! No Communication. Attorney did not talk anything and we lost the hearing as the landlord! Please dont waste your money on this firm!!! Totally misleading!

Our firm strives for nothing but success. I am not sure who you are since you chose to write this review anonymously, however, we do provide the best results for our clients as you can see from our many other 5 star reviews. In fact, I am unsure who this is as we have only had successful outcomes especially with the ongoing pandemic and eviction orders in place.

Great and professional experience

It was difficult to find legal help during the pandemic, but Kyle White returned my call quickly! He was able to guide me though the landlord tenant legal process and he worked very quickly to get a settlement agreement secured.

Eviction Case

I had a problem tenant who was not paying rent and was ignoring me when I tried to contact him to find out why. I learned that my tenant had a history of this and knew how to work the system. I called Kyle for representation so everything was done by the law. Kyle and his office were great! They ..."kicked him out quick" and negotiated with him to get all of the rent and lawyer fees paid back to me without having to go for a court hearing. I highly recommend Kyle and his office for Landlord/Tenant law representation!

"There is no better attorney in this city than Kyle White (Texas Eviction King). I have seen him argue the Texas Property Code in front of Judges tooth and nail. He truly has no fear. I have seen Judges ask for his opinion on laws in the Code. Mr. White has a fearless approach to representing clients ferociously and is not afraid to step down from a fight (or even a Judge that needs educating on eviction or real estate matters). He carries that Property Code everywhere and utilizes it as his weapon in the Court. He does not just take advantage of his good and honest reputation with Judges, he has the KNOWLEDGE to accompany his great reputation. I have also heard other attorneys tell him not to move forward on motions because he will lose - instead, he has tried and won them. Kyle White is the next big thing in this city."
