I had a problem tenant who was not paying rent and was ignoring me when I tried to contact him to find out why. I learned that my tenant had a history of this and knew how to work the system. I've been in over 300 transactions for single family residential homes, as either the seller or the buyer, not as an Agent. I've been involved in 10 evictions which is just part of the business. I've used a different attorney each time because it's just hard to find a healthy mix of the three importa...nt factors. 1) Do they get the suit filed quick? Every day has a dollar cost associated with it. 2) Did the lawsuit get filed properly? An improperly filed suit is worse than not filing at all because now you've spent money, given up your position and have nothing to show for it except a need to re-file. 3) Is the price commensurate with the work being done? And yes there is work, drafting and completing a lawsuit, understanding all the details, showing up in court, obtaining writ of possession..etc. I can tell you without a doubt that if I have another eviction need I'll be using Kyle White's firm. He said they do business in every Texas County. I was really impressed with the level or service received and highly recommend him.
