We hired Basil to write and submit a process patent on the company's behalf. He is extremely knowledgeable and a very fast learner. He understood the goal of our CTO immediately, and worked tirelessly to translate a very technical and esoteric workflow into a patent submission that we are all prou...d of. We were so impressed with his ability to reduce complex concepts to concrete descriptions we have shared the patent application with new employees, so they better (and more quickly) understand what we do. Whenever there was a delay in the process, it could be laid at our feet. Basil was always timely in his response, and occasionally prodded us to make sure we would provide him with feedback in a timely manner.
