WE WERE A CLIENT WHO WAS SCHEDULED TO DO A BOND ENDED UP HIRING THIS SO CALLED ATTORNEY WHO THINKS TO KNOW HOW TO RUN A BAIL BONDS BUSINESS. SHE WAS TREATING AND SPEAKING TO THEM VERY RUDE AND HARASSING OVER PHONE , AND I CAN GO ON.. SHE NEEDS TO STAY IN HER FIELD AND LET PEOPLE WITH BAIL B...OND KNOWLEDGE DO THEIR WORK. NEVER MET SUCH A PERSON WITH HER PROFESSION TO ACT SO UNPROFESSIONAL .

In June 2016 I hired Ms Thomas to represent my grandson. In May of this year I began asking Ms Thomas, on behalf of my grandson, for a copy of his COMPLETE case file. Three months later I am still waiting. The address listed is no longer valid, she doesn't appear to have a fax number any more, a...nd she isn't returning phone messages. To me this is very unprofessional. I am acting on behalf of my grandson and she is ignoring me. Had no problem accepting money from me even though it was on a payment plan.

Attorney Thomas handled a few legal issues on my and my families behalf. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and most of all patient. I can appreciate the attention to detail she provides to ensure top notch service. Thank you Attorney Thomas for all that you've done and continue... to do for myself and the community.
