Happy Mommy

I hired Paula in May 2017 after dealing with my ex repeatedly telling me he was filing for custody of our daughter and dealing with someone who was stuck on making sure he DID not get along with me. Paula was my 5th consultation, afterwards I felt she truly understood my concern. Words can not explai...n how pleased I am to have had her during this case. She has truly been a Godsend, different issues came up during my case and she was always quick on her feet to address all issues and put my anxiety to rest. She is passionate about her clients and knows the facts in each of her clients cases as well as being extremely knowledgeable about the the law. She is honest in all aspects, even when the truth is hard to hear. In February 2018 my case finally finished I am extremely happy with the results. I would hire her again in a heartbeat! It has been a pleasure working with Paula. If problems regarding our custody agreement arise and I am forced to go back to court, I feel much better knowing I have someone in my corner who will work hard as though my situation is her own. Paula Pierce is AWESOME!!!

I contacted Paula Pierce to handle a child support modification case. I explained the challenging situation and asked if she could help. Without hesitation, she agreed and formulated a plan. Within a week, she not only had a plan, but had already contacted the opposing attorney and started request...ing discovery paper work that was needed for my case. She explained everything that was happening...step by step. She was available via phone, text and email at anytime. Her professional guidance, reassurance and knowledge of my case was refreshing. I knew that her goal was to assure that my children's best interested was a priority. In the end, we got EXACTLY what we requested and she refunded money back to me that was not used for my case. Her honesty, knowledge and dedication to my case was awesome. After the resolution of my case, she refunded money back to me that was not used. Exceptional Attorney

Over 18 years Paula Pierce stood by our side throughout a child custody/child support case. She fought for primary custody for me in the beginning and won. Then later on fought for child support throughout the 18 years. The case took turns all over the place but Paula fought hard for us for the en...tire time. Never giving up, making late night calls, informing me of anything and everything that was happening. For example how the opposing attorney would react and prepaired me for anything that attorney would throw out there. (The good the bad the ugly) Emotions were flying on my behalf from being angry to scared, crying to laughter. Paula was there for us every step of the way putting my children and me first. I know she had other clients but it did not feel that way. Paula gave us her full attention and time when it was our turn. Paula even inspired my daughter to become an attorney to protect children and families the way Paula protected us during a difficult journey. Exceptional attorney and would definitely reccomend her!

Smart, strategic, compassionate

Paula is a sharp smart lawyer who knows very well how to handle her job professionally and she cares about her client. Her knowledge and experience kept me stable and successful.
