Hopeless divorce turned miracle

When I reached out to Mrs. Pierce Nichols, I was distraught, for I had done what a lot of women do. I had trusted a man to look out for me instead of looking out for myself. I saw no way out of the horrible situation I was in. Mrs. Pierce Nichols was very caring. Very encouraging and very sympathetic.... She reassured me that everything would be okay. She was very professional. On my first visit I felt very welcomed and I felt like I was talking to an old friend. She explained everything in detail. She made sure, I understood what would happen step by step. There was never a time that I could not get in touch with her. Whether it was a small question or a huge situation, she was always there for me. Mrs. Pierce Nichols represented me in such a way that my ex-husband referred her to his friend that was getting a divorce after our divorce. I highly recommend her for the amazing service that she provided for me.

Real estate single parent

I contacted Paula and explained my issue with her and within a month she handled what my last lawyer neglected. I walked away with a fair settlement however i was really in a bind when i met her. My child had disclosed some things that had me really angry, concerned, and terrified from worry. What... my child had disclosed were things going on at the other parents house. The other parent and I had been divorced for almost 2 years and it was ugly. I was willing to play fair until the safety was neglected and i ceased all visitation. Paula helped me identify and understand my reactions and she was able to talk to the emotional part me. My ex capitalized on my anger filed a family access plan, asked for money (2k), 90+ days of compensatory time, no child support and 50% custody. I walked away with no custody change, i gave 20 something days of time and child support was calculated properly. Unfortunately court is about money and my ex preferred i remain financially strapped and spend money on court. So the judge and my childs lawyer allowed us to drag this case out for a year. Family division, children's mercy and social workers were a part of this case. Yet it was considered a silent cry until i hired Paula. I know i cannot change the behavior of my narcissistic ex but having a lawyer that understands helped me get through it. I appreciate everything

Look no further, She is the BEST!

Last year my ex-husband tried to gain sole custody of my 4 children. I had a lawyer who did not fight for me or my children she just kept telling me I needed to do whatever they asked for. She was the type of lawyer who sat back and did not work and kept asking for more money. When my lawyer was let ...go from the case, Paula Pierce joined my case at the over midway part. She started working on my case before she put it into the courts that she was my new lawyer. She had no time to waste. My court date was coming up very soon. She gave me the confidence and hope I needed to make it through this ordeal. She talked to me regarding my case often. She had me do different things that was not ordered by the court just to make my case stronger. I did everything she asked. Any questions I had she was always there to respond to me. She worked so hard on my case you would never have known she had other clients as well. She does her homework and knows exactly what she is getting into and what’s she is talking about. She finds a way to make the outcome the best for her client. She was such a blessing in me and my children’s life. She got me the best outcome she could and I am so grateful. That was one of the toughest times in my life and she made it much easier to go through. She is an EXCELLENT Lawyer and I would recommend her to everyone I know.

Paula Pierce

Paula is definitely a God send. She is an awesome person. She is more than just a divorce attorney. For me, she has been a friend, a counselor, an advisor and a spiritual guidance. She truly cares a lot about me and my situation. I know she has works very hard for me. She is honest and upfront... with everything. She puts my best interest first. And does everything she can to do what's best for me. She knows her job and does it very well. I thank God for Paula everyday and what she is doing for me. I am very thankful that I found her and would not want anyone else to handle my divorce. Thank you Paula.

Strong, Honest, Thorough, and Compassionate Friend

I called Paula after receiving unexpected news that my husband of 20 years had filed for a divorce. My husband informed me that he had filed for a divorce on the morning of our 20 year wedding anniversary. I didn't know what to do or who to talk to. My sister told me that I should call Paula Pierce ...and I am so glad that I did. Paula talked me off of the ledge and she was there every step of the way. Her knowledge and her Christian faith is what helped me make it through. Paula guided me with not only scriptures but knowledge of what to expect down this horrible journey. Paula definitely knows the law and she is also aware of relationships. Sometimes I thought that she was just as much a psychologist more so than a lawyer. She definitely has a calling when it comes to divorce, separation, child custody and family matters in general. Paula is the God Father of Divorce. She doesn't sugar coat anything. She is honest and kind. I am honored and blessed to call Paula my dearest friend for life. It's too bad that my marriage didn't work but I have a lifetime friend.
