Efficient and conscientious work

Paula helped me sort out a child-support modification as I was living in another state. She did a great job seeing it through to completion. She is a pleasure to work with always quick to respond and follow up. I would definitely use her services again if the need arises.

Real estate single parent

I contacted Paula and explained my issue with her and within a month she handled what my last lawyer neglected. I walked away with a fair settlement however i was really in a bind when i met her. My child had disclosed some things that had me really angry, concerned, and terrified from worry. What... my child had disclosed were things going on at the other parents house. The other parent and I had been divorced for almost 2 years and it was ugly. I was willing to play fair until the safety was neglected and i ceased all visitation. Paula helped me identify and understand my reactions and she was able to talk to the emotional part me. My ex capitalized on my anger filed a family access plan, asked for money (2k), 90+ days of compensatory time, no child support and 50% custody. I walked away with no custody change, i gave 20 something days of time and child support was calculated properly. Unfortunately court is about money and my ex preferred i remain financially strapped and spend money on court. So the judge and my childs lawyer allowed us to drag this case out for a year. Family division, children's mercy and social workers were a part of this case. Yet it was considered a silent cry until i hired Paula. I know i cannot change the behavior of my narcissistic ex but having a lawyer that understands helped me get through it. I appreciate everything

Paula Pierce is AWESOME!!!

I contacted Paula Pierce to handle a child support modification case. I explained the challenging situation and asked if she could help. Without hesitation, she agreed and formulated a plan. Within a week, she not only had a plan, but had already contacted the opposing attorney and started request...ing discovery paper work that was needed for my case. She explained everything that was happening...step by step. She was available via phone, text and email at anytime. Her professional guidance, reassurance and knowledge of my case was refreshing. I knew that her goal was to assure that my children's best interested was a priority. In the end, we got EXACTLY what we requested and she refunded money back to me that was not used for my case. straight to the point with no games

I needed consulting for a pending hearing for child support and she was the first attorney that was able to squeeze me into their schedule. I presented all my paperwork and documents and she in return gave me a fair and straight forward thoughts about the case. Instead of over charging me for hiring ...her, she gave me the paperwork and advice that it would be cheaper to settle outside of court and i was able to settle the case with the other party without going to court and paying court costs and lawyers.
