No cooperation, collaboration, updates. 15 hours of listening to tapes and she could not play them in court..could not get the DVD TO PLAY. Cost $9000. Useless. FOUGHT A POLITICAL ppo she should not have undertaken as advised by my daughter. $7000 completely unprepared and never worked with me to pr...epare properly. Acts lonely and heroic solely on her own without consideration or proper concern for the client. She is overextended and cannot attend to her duties properly by timely submissions. The bottom line is this; MY DIVORCE HAS NOW TAKEN ALMOST FOUR YEARS AT A COST OF OVER$200000!!! NOW WOULD YOU HIRE BALDWIN OR HIRE A STREET ATTORNEY. THERE IS NO EXCUSE. I AM HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS IN MORE DETAIL AND AM WILLING TO PROVIDE DIRECT INFORMATION FOR MY ACCESS

I had hired Mrs Baldwin in June of 2019 for a Grandparents Rights case. I knew from the beginning that it wouldn’t be a easy case. The first court appearance (which I knew nothing about) she didn’t even show up almost getting the case dismissed. I was the one always having to find out what was goin...g on. We had mediation through zoom on April 2nd, for 3 hrs. When I got my final bill I was charged for 4 hours causing me to owe her more money. I did call and this was corrected. If I ever need a lawyer in the future I will definitely look elsewhere.

I hired Janice for a child support case. Everything has been incorrect from start to finish. I am so unbelievably unhappy with this whole situation. For my final hearing she did not make sure that the opposing party filled out everything on his end for the judge to sign off on it. That took over two ...hours for me to get a hold of the other party (because he was at work) and to make sure he understood why he was having to fill out something else. NOW the kicker is I received the child support document that goes to his employer the company name was correctly spelled on two pages, but on the 3rd page it was completely misspelled. I hired her close to a year ago. My son still has not received one single child support payment. It's not for his fathers lack of trying, but for Janice's lack of ethics. The child support agency cannot take a payment from him, because our "case" does not exist on their end due to all the mess ups. She has also charged me for her mess up in court the $600.00+ for her not getting paperwork filled out and also the wording was not acceptable to the judge. Now I am going to have to pay her an additional $300.00+ to fix her mess up?! I am not at all happy with this attorney. I will be reporting her to the board for this. I find this unacceptable.
