No cooperation, collaboration, updates. 15 hours of listening to tapes and she could not play them in court..could not get the DVD TO PLAY. Cost $9000. Useless. FOUGHT A POLITICAL ppo she should not have undertaken as advised by my daughter. $7000 completely unprepared and never worked with me to pr...epare properly. Acts lonely and heroic solely on her own without consideration or proper concern for the client. She is overextended and cannot attend to her duties properly by timely submissions. The bottom line is this; MY DIVORCE HAS NOW TAKEN ALMOST FOUR YEARS AT A COST OF OVER$200000!!! NOW WOULD YOU HIRE BALDWIN OR HIRE A STREET ATTORNEY. THERE IS NO EXCUSE. I AM HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS IN MORE DETAIL AND AM WILLING TO PROVIDE DIRECT INFORMATION FOR MY ACCESS

I had hired Mrs Baldwin in June of 2019 for a Grandparents Rights case. I knew from the beginning that it wouldn’t be a easy case. The first court appearance (which I knew nothing about) she didn’t even show up almost getting the case dismissed. I was the one always having to find out what was goin...g on. We had mediation through zoom on April 2nd, for 3 hrs. When I got my final bill I was charged for 4 hours causing me to owe her more money. I did call and this was corrected. If I ever need a lawyer in the future I will definitely look elsewhere.

She is very bad about communicating. She has us show up for court once, when we did not have to be there, Amicus and opposing counsel as well as the court clerk knew we did not have to be there, however she is still trying to charge me for that time, even know it was her fault. Had us show up for cou...rt another time, that the court date was moved. Did not respond to a multitude or emails and texts, but is trying to charge me for them, when she can't even prove she read them. Seemed to be more reactive, then proactive, and we were the plantiff. I have filed a complaint with CAAP, she told them last year she was going to settle with me, and never did. Now going to have to file another complaint with CAAP to try and get the rest of my legitimate retainer money back. Would never hire her again and never refer her to anyone.
