Justin Michael Fowles

I made a huge mistake by paying Justin Fowles upfront. He was polite and promising before we hired him, told me I can sleep soundly now since he is on the cases but he didn’t explain his methods of work. He doesn’t have authority in the court room, client who paid money experienced how Mr Fowles was ...made fun of in the court room! He liked to play with the clients family’s emotions, prior to taking on the cases didn’t inform how he communicates with the client. He liked to stop conversations with the client with words “ I can’t talk to you right now, my son cut his finger I need to go to him”! Very unprofessional, but he takes less money than the other lawyers which explains his work. The closest I can explain the way he worked, he was just a messenger between the prosecutors and his client. In our cases he kept rescheduling the courts, in order for the client to finish his time in jail (we just didn’t know it than). In the end, after doing time in jail, Justin Fowles made it seem like he freed the client from another sentence in prison. He left the his client with many years of probation after all of that, which really made it seem like he worked as a free lawyer! Pay attention before you hire him to his contract that he presents to protect himself between him and his client. After this traumatic experience that I’ve paid thousands of dollars for I will keep posting this honest review about my experience, even after/when this review gets deleted!

Justin is extremely easy to talk to and willing to help. He really cares about people and will go out of his way to assist. He has great communication skills and has the ability to draw reasonable, logical conclusions or assumptions from limited information. He is able to consider these judgements cr...itically, and identify potential areas of weakness in your case and is able to spot points of weakness in an opposing argument. He is Decisive, and can absorb large quantities of information in a small time frame. This lawyer is quick witted and should be quickly hired. My case was fully dismissed.
