Dale Trimble, would not recommend! Very unprofessional intimationing and gets angry easily Bad communation skills ,will fail to file suit in time, waits till last day before statue of limitations runs out to file paperwork, he overnighted the papers to the to the anesthesiologist and then claime...d he had sent wrong address so statue of limitations ran out. Did not let me know that for two months, l emailed him to check on case and found that he had missed the deadline.He said he would figure out what to do and would call me, but has never called .Case has been a nightmare!

I signed a contingency agreement with this lawyer to pursue damages for me from a company. When I was not happy with the process or results I asked the lawyer to end our relationship. I offered to pay him whatever he wanted for his time spent on the case. Instead he refused contact with me. I soon ...realized that due to his refusal to end our relationship I had no chance of receiving any damages in this case without him. Another lawyer, or the company I was pursuing damages from, would not speak to me without a release from Mr. Trimble and he was not inclined to do so. After 3 months of unanswered e-mails, I was able to contact Mr. Trimble and he stated that he would finish the case for me per our signed agreement regardless of what had happened before. After another 6 months of no response I again contacted Mr. Trimble to remind him that it would soon be a year since our agreement and I was concerned about the statue of limitations on the case. He said he would let me know. Now it is past a years time and I doubt I will ever hear from Mr. Trimble again. A true professional would honor his contractual obligations, not ignore a client until he gives up and goes away because he knows he is powerless to do otherwise. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone.
