I used Mrs. Jurist for an LLC setup. She was very professional and provided clear and prompt communication throughout the entire process. I would recommend that you use her for your LLC setups and I look forward to working with her more in the future.

Knowledgeable and Professional
I was referred to Attorney Jurist by another attorney to protect my rights in a property I inherited. Attorney Jurist told me what to expect and handled my case so professionally. She was knowledgeable and quick in responding to my laundry list of questions. She made me feel safe and protected. I def...

Not a Positive Experience
Engaged the Jurist Law Group (JLG), comprised of LeNatria Jurist and a second attorney, for a builder warranty dispute resulting in a mediated settlement. The settlement included repair of some items and a monetary settlement for attorney fees/items the builder was leaving as is. During mediation my ...
Mr. Thurner - At The Jurist Law Group, we take our clients’ concerns very seriously. Because client satisfaction is a priority to us, we employ systems and procedures designed to manage client relationships. Part of managing client relationships is setting both client and firm expectations at the outset of our representation, as this improves our service to our clients which enhances the client’s overall experience with the firm. Each client, prior to retaining the firm, receives an Attorney Employment and Fee Agreement which serves to summarize and confirm the terms and scope of our representation, including our method of billing. During the pendency of your case, you continued to be billed in accordance with your Attorney Employment and Fee Agreement - without protest. However, once your matter had been resolved, and after expressing your appreciation for the quality of services rendered, you informed our staff that, as a courtesy, the attorney handling your case had agreed to cap your fees at the settlement amount through the date of completion of the Settlement Agreement. After we confirmed with the attorney that the courtesy was extended, you were refunded the difference between the amount billed and the Settlement Agreement. We also confirmed that you were advised by the attorney that, once the Settlement Agreement was finalized, any additional services would be billed in accordance with your Attorney Employment and Fee Agreement. In response, you informed the attorney that you did not wish to pay for post-settlement services and would be handling additional matters on your own; so, after ensuring that settlement funds had been disbursed to you, we provided notice to you that we would be closing your file. We also invited you to reach out should you need further assistance. When you later returned for additional assistance, our operations team set an appropriate retainer based on historical data and scope of work. It is unfortunate that your experience was not a positive one. We do accept the reality that, even when we do the right thing, for some it is never enough. We appreciate your consideration of this firm for your legal needs and want to thank you for allowing us to be of service. We wish you all the best.

I contacted Ms Jurist, for work for my business as a foreigner. She set off from day one, even though I called late in the afternoon. Not honest and lacks integrity
When I first spoke with LeNatria for the 30 min free consultation I was very impressed. She said she wanted to do a document review of my case and she would send me a link to their portal after I paid the $99 doc review fee +tax. This seemed fair as I had a bunch of documents and this seemed a grea...
Ms. Liggon – We're sorry that your experience was not a positive one. We strive for the utmost client satisfaction in every case, so we invest much time and effort at the outset, during the initial consultation and document review, to assess the merits of each case before moving forward with representation. During the course of reviewing over 220 documents which you uploaded for review, I discovered that, prior to contacting our office, your dispute had been settled. I could not, in good conscience, move forward with representation and allow you to spend additional time, money, and resources attempting to secure an outcome that is simply not possible. We understand how this can be frustrating, especially when desiring a different outcome, but we know that sometimes the best service we can offer is honest feedback – even if it’s not the feedback you want to hear. My office reached out to you yesterday to offer more clarification. If you still desire additional information, please reach out to my office and we will schedule a complimentary follow-up call. Thank you for allowing us to be of service, Ms. Liggon.
