I wish that all lawyers were like this. I was seriously hurt at work and could not work and the insurance company kept pointing the finger at me as if I had done something wrong. Because of substandard medical care and no pay benefits I finally called a lawyer. Long story short he recovered all of... my benefits for me back to the day I got hurt.

My back was seriously hurt while working and the insurance company was no help at all. They wanted to deny me everything. Anyway, he was able to get all of my pay beneifts back to the date of my injury, a recovery of over $46,000 and he did not take a percentage of it like most lawyer but just charge a small hourly fee. Anyway, he was really patient with all of my many many questions. I had heard good things about saunders from my friends and I'm glad that I had the good sense to go to him.

I hired Robert Saunders as a Lawyer to take my case about workers compensation. The agreement was that the first consultation was free, he was going to take my case about my injury with my employer, and at anytime we can terminate the contract without penalty. I'm suffering with the pain of my injur...y until now, and Mr. Saunders didn't do anything for 2 months, I called several times to know any notice about advance of my case but just his secretary told me wait. Finally I was tired and I sent an e-mail to Mr. Saunders terminating the contract. But after that, Mr. Saunders sent a bill to workers compensation to receive a payment for my case. Just in case I receive some benefits for my injury. I don't like when the people try to take advantage of anyone, more if the person is Hispanic and don't speak well the English language. I'm feeling silly, because I believed in his honesty and I let him took advantage about me.
