Sadiyah told me the day I hired her, she'd get my case dismissed and after the first court date I was nervous because the DA wanted to prosecute me. Ms. Evangelista in my opinion the BEST lawyer in the Houston and greater Houston area. She not only delivered on what she promised and had 2 different cases dismissed, but just picked up my last case that I’ve been fighting for 2 years and we are shooting for a third dismissal. THE ABSOLUTE BEST ATTORNEY!!! DO NOT CONSULT ANOTHER ATTORNEY!! If you do not hire Attorney Evangelista you will definitely regret it! She is the absolute best, and will tell you the real deal 100%! She accepts nothing less than a dismissal. All cases are definitely not the same, and not all cases ar...e able to be dismissed, however Attorney Evangelista will not stop until she has accepted the best deal possible. She has excellent payment plans for every budget. We are located in one of the hardest counties in Texas, and being African-American in the suburbs outside of Houston was a huge strike. Other attorneys would not even push for a dismissal; stating a dismissal was impossible. The only option was to accept deferred adjudication. Attorney Evangelista said no way, and we were out of there within 20 minutes with a dismissal in hand. Everyone else was there all day and still had their cases either reset or accepted deferred adjudication or probation.
