She accepts nothing less than a dismissal. All cases are definitely not the same, and not all cases ar...e able to be dismissed, however Attorney Evangelista will not stop until she has accepted the best deal possible. She has excellent payment plans for every budget. We are located in one of the hardest counties in Texas, and being African-American in the suburbs outside of Houston was a huge strike. Other attorneys would not even push for a dismissal; stating a dismissal was impossible. The only option was to accept deferred adjudication. Attorney Evangelista said no way, and we were out of there within 20 minutes with a dismissal in hand.
