It was devastating when my dad (the petitioner) passed away, not just because of our big unexpected loss but because our case was in danger of being canceled. At this stage of our case, Attorney Jaimes-Salgado and team came up with a great plan to reactivate and continue with the case. At the time... of the Permanent Resident interview our case was approved with no issues thanks to all documentation and strategy Maria requested and put together. I could say it was a great blessing when I went through that door and ask her for representation.

We hired Mrs. Salgado, after my husband received a deportation court hearing. We had no idea what to expect and she was very vocal about how they system works. What I really liked was that she was straight forward in regards to the expectations and was quick to bring you down to the reality of the... situation. She did not sugar coat and was all about the facts! She saved my husband and our family from having to face deportation. She was able to fight for my husband and get him a pardon. She is the reason he is here in the United States of America and with is family. I highly recommend Mrs. Salgado. I will say that I was hesitant at first because of the staff. I called several times and unbeknown to me didn't realize that there is a different after hours staff that answers calls. So of course after calling and the person not knowing basic knowledge I was a bit hesitant, but then figured out it was after hours staff. So do not be hesitant because of this! I recommend that the staff should advise customers of this because this can be very discouraging if you are unaware. Thank you Mrs. Salgado for doing an amazing job! You do your job exceptionally well and you can tell that you genuinely love & care about what you do. Highly recommended!
