Tom handled my accident case for me and my son. I went with him to the deposition of the defendant truck driver and Tom tore him up. We hired Tom after a car wreck that left us injured. After a misunderstanding in which his secretary gave him incorrect information he gave our case to another, even more disappointing. The attorney representing our case vehemently told us at mediation that he did not want to represent us in trial a...nd he wanted us to settle the case. I would not recommend this firm and I am regretful that we hired them in the first place. Do your due diligence before hiring an attorney. We learned a hard lesson with this one.
