class action dispute

Richard did a fantastic job throughout the negotiations and with clearly handling the matters in the lawsuit with legal expertise. He has the ability to look at a complicated situation and zero in on where the problems are and how to handle them appropriately. I would highly recommend him for any bu...siness related lawsuit.

Client Review

Richard Coffman has handled several legal projects for me over the years. There is no "smoke and mirrors" with Richard. He is completely upfront with you and keeps you informed of the status of his work on your behalf and most importantly I have found him to be a most trustworthy person. My ...initial involvement with Richard involved several hundred Pharmacies which he represented against some of the largest pharmaceutical manufactorers. The case took several years to settle and he kept each of us current as to what was occurring throughout. . I would not have second thoughts about calling Richard on any issue in which I would need assistance from an attorney. If he did not think he would be the best person to handle it then he would guide you in the right direction to get taken care of properly.
