Herschel P. Cashin

I have used Mr. Cashin two times. The first time I was fighting 1 felony charge (POS of CS 1-4. 3rd degree felony) and 1 misdemeanor charge. I alReady have 3 felonies and one TDC trip on my record. Mr. Cashin went above and beyond what I was expecting from him. He was able to get the the felony... charge dismissed and all I had to do was sign for the misdemeanor (hindering apprehension) charge and I got time served for the misdemeanor. The second time I hired Mr. Cashin was in 2019. Again, I was being charged with a 3rd degree felony charge. He was able to get me a 1244A and time served. He has saved me from going back to TDC two times now. He is very professional and I couldn’t think of one negative thing to say about him. I highly recommend Mr. Cashin.

Mr cashins was very unprofessional didn’t fulfill any of fiduciary duties towards me as a client.. Every time I would go to court he was very late always out of breath from sweating etc... His attitude was always ugly rude very unprofessional he also disrespected my mother in a hallway... I had to t...erminate my obligations as his client and I wouldn’t recommend any one in the need of an defense attorney to use his services...
