Unfortunately, my experience with this firm was marked by frustration, unprofessionalism, and a complete lack of care for clients. When you hire a lawyer, you expect responsiveness and guidance. ...What I experienced was the opposite, long periods of silence, with emails going unanswered for weeks at a time. Despite being several months into the process, no visible progress was made on my case. Communication, one of the most critical aspects of legal representation, was almost nonexistent. When I raised concerns and sought to end the agreement, and a refund for my payments I hoped for professionalism in resolving the issues. Instead, I was met with indifference. Requests for a refund of unearned fees were dismissed, and efforts to receive an explanation of how my money had been spent were ignored. It felt like they were holding onto funds without justification, which added an unnecessary layer of stress to an already challenging situation. Ultimately, this firm’s behavior reflects a pattern of poor communication, inattentiveness, and questionable ethics when it comes to retaining fees for work that was not done. You be the judge of whether or not they are good lawyers- I have proof of invoices that were constantly being sent to me with fraudulent charges. When this was brought to their attention, they acknowledged but continously sent more and more invoices. My case was handled during covid, which I was told... by the law firm there wasnt much they could do but it didnt stop the invoices from coming in. They had multiple people working on my case and were often not informed on what needed to be done. I also had a difficult time getting a response from my Lawyer Christina Gardner (I also have multiple emails where she acknowledged this) after thousands of dollars and two years my case was not resolved and they reported me to the credit beaurau for 7k which is ridiculous that isnt even the cost of a simple divorce let alone one I had already paid thousands of dollars for. Overall they dont care about you as I found out by many other people that were robbed of their money by this lawfirm. Its sad because as a single parent whos never received a dollar of childsupport with three kids that they would take advantage is just terrrible. They know they did wrong! Go on the facebook page you will find many others with the same problem.
