We routinely are called to the creation of new limited liability companies, corporations, and often to collections for contractors and oilfield service companies. This practice overlaps into ensuring property and assets are properly distributed via probate, assignment, sale and acquisition, and M&A closings. This firm includes five attorneys, three paralegals, and several support staff. I've said it before, but truly believe that I'm the luckiest guy around!
